These conditions apply between Uddevalla Municipality and the person who himself or through another person books/pays for a parking space from Uddevalla Municipality.
The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Uddevalla Municipality", or "We".
The booking/payment applies to the rental of a pitch by Uddevalla municipality. Customers/guests in Uddevalla municipality are obliged to follow Uddevalla municipality's General local regulations for Uddevalla municipality,

Uddevalla Municipality staff have the right to reject customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations from the area.
To book a pitch on the Ställplatser - Uddevallawebsite, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish) is required.
The price includes a daily rent, electricity, emptying and wc. (16 amps)
On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made directly, also when booking.
All fees are in SEK and incl. VAT.
Cancellation must be done through the cancellation link in the confirmation email/sms. If cancellation takes place no later than 24 hours before the booked time, half the amount is automatically refunded. Check-in and check-out takes place at 12.00.

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Uddevalla Municipality. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, damages may be claimed by the customer.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, Uddevalla Municipality can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Uddevalla Municipality is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
